Before your first visit
For your first visit, please bring a current photo ID, a list of medications and supplements, and any prior surgical or medical records relevant to the consultation. Plan for 60 to 90 minutes; the visit includes a structured conversation with Dr. Yang, a focused examination, photographic documentation if appropriate, and time to review options. You will leave with a written summary and a clear next step. Meet Dr. Yang before your visit if you would like additional context on his training and surgical philosophy.
For urgent post-operative concerns outside office hours, follow the post-op instructions provided at your discharge visit; the practice line routes after-hours calls to the on-call provider for established surgical patients. Non-urgent questions, scheduling, and new-patient inquiries are returned the next business day.
